Can I create invoices for free?+
Yes. Creating, previewing and downloading quotes, invoices and receipts is free. A free account adds saving, history, share links and business profile reuse, subject to limits. Conversion between document types is a Pro workflow.
Can I export documents as PDF?+
Every document can be exported to a print-ready PDF in one click directly from the workspace.
Do my clients need an account?+
No. Clients can receive your document as a PDF download or open it from a secure shareable link. No sign-up or install is required on their side.
Can I create quotes and receipts?+
Yes. Invoices, quotes and receipts use the same workspace, with fields and labels adapted to each document type.
Does IRQDocs work on mobile?+
Yes. The workspace is responsive. You can edit a document on your phone and export it on your laptop.
How does saving work?+
Sign in with Google or email and your documents save automatically as you edit them. You can reopen, duplicate or share any of them from your dashboard. Without an account, you can still create and download, just not come back to a saved draft.
Is my data safe?+
Your saved documents are stored using managed cloud infrastructure. Shared links are read-only and only work for documents you choose to share. We don’t sell your data. If you need data deleted, contact us and we’ll help.
What happens if I create a document without an account?+
You can build the document and download the PDF straight from your browser. Your document is not saved to your IRQDocs account unless you sign in. If you close the tab before saving, the draft may be lost.
